Standard delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses on all orders over £49.

We offer a choice of:

  • Standard Delivery (2 to 4 days)
  • Express Delivery (1 to 3 days)

Standard Delivery is £4.95, and FREE if you order total is £49 or more.

Express Delivery is £5.95, but if your order value is over £49 you can upgrade to this service for just £1.95 extra.

We reserve the right to reject orders that request delivery to certain locations, including schools and places of worship, due to the nature of our products. If an order is returned to us after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will refund the order value minus shipping costs. If you choose to place a new order, normal delivery charges will apply. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide accurate information during checkout, as we can not be held liable for any delays caused by incorrect information.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Thursday AND before 12pm on Fridays are dispatched the same day. If an order is placed after 12pm on Friday and between this time and midnight on Sunday, it will be dispatched the following Monday. Orders made on bank holiday weekends are dispatched on the following Tuesday.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. You can then use this tracking code at the delivery service website, to find out where your order is and when it will be delivered.

What if my order is delivered and then stolen from my property?

Once the parcel has been safely delivered, you would need to contact the police and inform them of the theft. Our delivery providers will only leave parcels in agreed safe places, or with a neighbour for example.

Returns & Replacements

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return unopened, unused or unworn products for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. For faulty items, we will replace or exchange them within 14 days of delivery, unless specified otherwise in the product specifications. Please email us to obtain a returns number before returning the item, and remember to include the returns slip with your parcel. We recommend obtaining a free certificate of posting from the Post Office and keeping it safe, as we cannot be held responsible for any items returned without a certificate of posting.

We cannot offer refunds for

  • lingerie, latex clothing and consumables that have been opened, used or worn, including but not limited to lubricant, massage oils, condoms, balms, creams, hosiery (including body stockings, stockings, and tights), and latex lingerie and clothing.

This returns policy applies only to purchases made through the website.


If active, the currency converter on our website is provided for comparison purposes only. Your card provider may charge a slightly different amount than what is calculated on our website depending on current conversion rates.
